Planspace is a full-featured event management SaaS platform for event planners and venue operators. Planners manage their entire event lifecycle — from initial venue inquiry through to post-event wrap-up — using a single organised workspace.

The platform includes a public-facing booking tool that clients use to check availability and request event dates. Stripe handles deposit and full-payment processing. An internal calendar synchronises all booked events, staff assignments, and task deadlines, giving planners full visibility across their portfolio of events.
