Overview
The Crest is a property-focused SaaS platform that gives real estate teams and property managers a centralised hub for listings, subscriptions, and client management. It features tiered Stripe subscription billing with automatic renewal, upgrade/downgrade flows, and invoice generation.
Authentication is handled entirely through AWS Cognito — including social sign-in, MFA, and fine-grained access controls. The platform runs on a FastAPI backend with MongoDB, deployed on AWS with auto-scaling to handle variable traffic from property browsing peaks.
